Menopause can pose many issues. The sense of loss that your fertile period is over whether it be due to medical reasons or otherwise can be difficult to bear. It feels like you are being pushed into a different season without consent. Hormones are everywhere and it feels like no one understands what is going on - hot flushes, temper, brain fog and all sorts of things that creep up.

So ladies, ladies, let's not be afraid to talk about this new season. And men, if you want to hear the ladies’ stories of menopause, you are also welcome.
